Workflow tab

This tab displays the in and out parameters and the completion states for workflow. This only has meaning when this form is used in a workflow process.

The in and out parameters specify form fields that are passed into or out of the form when it is running as part of a workflow process. Within the workflow process, the form is then linked to an Interactive Task and these in/out parameters are mapped to process attributes (these are the workflow process’s equivalent to form fields) within the workflow process.

Completion states should list all possible completion states that can be specified when the form completes. The default COMPLETED state should always be added as this is the default state that is generated if a task completes without specifying a completion state value.
