This form can be used to contact the former Carlisle City Council, now Cumberland Council, for:

Waste Missed Collections, Waste Services Complaints, Waste Services Enquiries, Waste Assisted Collections or Waste Additional Container Requests.

Please note:- Other areas of Cumberland Council currently charge an annual service charge for any properties that have additional garden waste bin. This charge is currently £41 (subject to change) and will be applied to the Carlisle district area commencing in March 2024. This charge is is addition to the purchase of the additional garden waste bin.
